| Ben Walsh is the new Laboratory
Technician in the Pesticide and Environmental Impact Section. A native of Panama City,
Florida, Ben graduated from Bay High School and served in the Navy. After graduating from
college, Ben worked for the National Weather Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Ben truly
enjoys studying wildlife and brings zeal and experience to his responsibilities for
maintaining a wide variety of organisms for his section. Ben will be maintaining the
fiddler crabs for Dr. He Zhong’s research projects, as well as many other species for
